Children’s winning artworks displayed in Hanoi

More than 400 children’s paintings that won the National Children’s Painting Contest 2023 are on display at the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Arts, Hanoi, from June 1 to 10.  Delegates are watching paintings chosen from the National Children’s Painting Contest 2023. Additional Support of USD 2.1 million for Child Drowning Prevention in Vietnam

Drowning has been one of the top 10 causes of death for children from 5 to 14 years old in Vietnam currently. On average, there are more than 3,500 drowning deaths each year, including nearly 2,000 children. Beginning from that reality, it is more urgent to strengthen and expand the intervention scope of child drowning prevention projects nationwide, requiring close coordination and effective participation of branches, unions, and international organizations to form an interdisciplinary network for drowning prevention. The MoU and cooperation agreement announcement marks a new cooperation period for child drowning prevention. Explore Tam Thanh – The Colorful Mural Village In Quang Nam

Tam Thanh mural village is located in Tam Thanh commune, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam province . The village has one side bordering the sea and the other side bordering the Truong Giang River, about 7km from the center of Tam Ky city. This is the first mural village in Vietnam under the cooperation of Vietnamese and Korean artists and volunteers, which was established in 2016.
