The Vietnamese booth showcased a variety of authentic dishes, including banh mi (Vietnamese baguettes), bun cha (grilled pork meatballs with vermicelli noodles), nem cuon (fresh spring rolls), coffee, and tropical fruit juice. These offerings garnered the interest of fair-goers. In addition to the culinary delights, the event featured musical performances and a captivating “ao dai” (Vietnamese traditional dress) show, presented by overseas Vietnamese.
