Youth of Hanoi Embrace Traditional Folk Music

On a Saturday night in October, the Quan Ho Bac Ninh folk singing class of the Cheo 48h Club at the Quan Nhan Community House in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, is bustling with activity.
