Mural on Vietnam-Germany friendship inaugurated in Hanoi

A mural depicting Vietnam-Germany relations was inaugurated as part of a bilateral cultural exchange. The mural (2.2m high and 26m long) is painted on the wall of West Lake Water Park. It was created by artists from Tan Ha Noi Company, led by painter Nguyen Thu Thuy, who initiated the Hanoi Ceramic Road. The mural was designed by artist Nguyen Thu Thuy and realized by Tan Ha Noi Company with funding from the German Embassy on the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Germany in 2020. Due to Covid-19, the mural was only completed this year. Wanting to express the love and affectionate ties of many Vietnamese people living in Germany, artist Thuy started the mural with the image of joyful children waving Vietnamese and German flags in front of a wind farm in the North Sea of Germany. Monsoon Music Festival to return with brand-new concept

After a three-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the famous Monsoon Music Festival will officially return with a completely new form of organization aimed at enriching the spiritual lives of Hanoians and promoting local tourism. Largest Vietnamese kite to fly high in Vung Tau

The Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Vung Tau city is making a proposal to the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) in order to recognise DELTA as the largest kite in the country. The kite flying festival is due to take place in Bai Sau area of Vung Tau city to celebrate the Hung Kings Commemoration Day which occurs on the 10th day of the third lunar month, National Reunification Day on April 30, and International Labour Day on May 1. A wide range of activities will also be held during the festival, including an exhibition of ornamental creatures, exhibitions on feng shui stone, calligraphy, and literature. Along with a circus performance, street music, modern dancing, a Don Ca Tai Tu music performance, and lion dances are expected to excite visitors at the festival. Vietnam attends ASEAN- China Intangible Cultural Heritage Week

The maiden event aimed to increase exchanges and cooperation between ASEAN member states and China in the protection, inheritance, utilisation and development of intangible cultural heritage in the region and the world. Unique hand-made products promoted at Hue Craft Festival 2023

Lotus leaf paintings can be seen in different colours and materials. The art of Truc Chi draws plenty of attention from visitors. Hand-made Non La (conical hat) attracts crowds. Luxembourg Prime Minister Bettel warmly welcomed in Hanoi
