Vietnam to Launch African ‘Days Abroad’ Initiative in Mid-September

The Vietnam Days Abroad 2023 event is an annual national promotion program, chaired by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the assignment of the Prime Minister. This program is designed to commemorate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and South Africa. Hoang Huu Anh, deputy head of the department and head of the event’s organization board, stated that the program aims to introduce Vietnam’s land, people, and culture to the South African population. As part of Vietnam Days Abroad 2023, a series of workshops and forums on economic, trade, and investment promotion will be organized.
